• Your documents show an e-payment record (such as a copy of a virtual card), which does not show the account holders details and/or the connection of this card with your Betfair account. Due to the above reason(s), we still require a copy of one of the following documents to complete the validation of your account: Source of payment verification – a copy of one of the following:
• Credit or Debit Card registered on Betfair account (front only)
• Credit or Debit Card account Statement of a Betfair registered card (less than 3 months old)
• Bank Statement – must have Betfair transaction visible (less than 3 months old) If you currently have funds in your Australian Wallet, or wish to transfer funds in the future you will need to provide us with copies of your official documents certified by a community leader, i. e. teacher, councillor, medical practitioner, dentist, pharmacist, etc. PLEASE NOTE:
• Do not send original documents, but rather copies of these documents.
• The documents must be clear and legible. NB: please DO NOT include your password in any correspondence.
• For your personal security and integrity of your bank cards, please blank out all digits of your card number EXCEPT the last 4 digits. Please, do not blank out the start date and expiry date and your name on the card.
• Send documents that state your residential address. Regrettably, documents addressed to a P.O. Box number are unacceptable for validation.
• Please send scans in JPEG or GIF file formats only with a maximum size of 10MB per page.
• Please remember to inform us of your Username. In order to confirm that this request is genuine, please feel free to call the Betfair Helpdesk.
